The diffuser is not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstances. The diffuser is covered under a limited warranty for the first year. Within 60 days we will cover the cost of shipping and replacement of the diffuser. After 60 days and within the first year, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the unit. If for any reason you experience operating issues with your diffuser, you can contact customer service at 855.AROMA34 to cover the common troubleshooting questions or if you have determined the diffuser is defective, you can send a ticket to support@bepure.ly. A PURELY's Consultant Relations Specialist at 844.578.7359 will respond with the information you need to return the diffuser for replacement.
