Rosemary (Botanical Name: Rosmarinus officinalis) has become very popular because of all its health benefits.  Dr. Paracelsus, a renowned German-Swiss physician and botanist, valued Rosemary oil because of its ability to help strengthen the entire body.  Today, there are many health benefits such as: indigestion, hair-skin-and mouth care, and helps soothes tension. Rosemary essential oil is often used by students during exam times because it helps increase concentration during their studies. It assists in stimulating mental activity, and also helps with depression, forgetfulness, and mental fatigue. 




Directions for use:

 

- Diffusion: Diffuse 3-5 drops or more in the PURELY™ diffuser.


- Topical: To use neat, apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Be sure to test for sensitivity.


Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a cup of steaming water and inhale.


- Ingestion: When using as a supplement, add 1 drop per 4 oz of liquid. Use no more than three times per day.
