For this simple “ear ache eraser,” you’ll need lavender, lemon, your favorite carrier oil, and a cotton ball.
- Put lavender oil on a cotton ball and place in the ear (do not push into the ear canal — only into the opening)
- Mix a drop of lemon oil into a small amount of coconut oil and put onto the skin in front of the ear and behind the ear
It’s that simple!
Reminder:
Lavender is only to be used on people ages 3 months and older.
Lemon is only to be used on ages 3 and up.
