Lullaby™ is the perfect essential oil blend to incorporate into your bedtime routine if you want to enjoy a restful night and wake up ready for the following day’s activities. The natural ingredients in Lullaby™ are picked to soothe you to sleep and enhance your rest.Sleep is important to the body; it is actually necessary for human beings to sleep. Unfortunately, sleep does not come easily for some people. Problems such as stress,nervousness, tiredness and bloating are very detrimental to normal sleep patterns. This blend is a natural solution for the relief of occasional sleeplessness. Primary benefits are: helps reduce stress, calms nerves by adding to bath water, promotes restful sleep, and induces positive emotions.
Directions for use:
- Diffusion: Diffuse 3-5 drops or more in the Purely diffuser.
- Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops with a Purely carrier oil according to the dilution table. Apply to the soft area on the head, right behind the earlobes and right down to the jaw bone. Be sure to test for sensitivity.
- Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a cup of steaming water and inhale.
- Bath: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1 ounce carrier oil. Add this blend to your running bath water and mix well before getting into the tub.

*Oils with the sensitive symbol should be properly diluted and tested in a small area prior to full use. This is especially important for use with children. Usually denotes a "hot oil". Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun for at least 12 hours after applying citrus oils with this symbol. To use with a carrier oil, please see the dilution chart.
