PURELY's Bloc™ is a blend of essential oils to help relieve pain and discomfort from achy muscles and joints. It's normal to have sore muscles after you work out, play sports, or even do housework; especially if you did something you're not used to, like running a couple of miles when you normally walk around the block, or when you suddenly kick up your exercise intensity level or increased the length of your workout. Changes to your exercise routine can lead to tiny injuries in your muscle fibers and connective tissue. About a day later, you'll start to feel sore and that is called 'delayed onset' muscle soreness and it peaks within about 48 hours, and then it will gradually get better. *Oils with the sensitive symbol should be properly diluted and tested in a small area prior to full use. This is especially important for use with children. Usually denotes a "hot oil".
